30 days, no justification needed.
Work through as much of it as you like. If it is not what you hoped for, email us inside 30 days of buying and we refund the full amount. You do not have to explain why, and you do not have to delete anything first.
How to ask
Email our support address from the address you bought with, or quote your order number. That is the whole process. A one-line message is plenty — “refund please” is enough.
What happens next
- We reply to confirm, normally within a couple of working days.
- The refund is issued through the same checkout provider that took the payment, back to the card or account you paid with. We cannot send it anywhere else.
- Your bank decides how quickly it appears, which is usually a few days and occasionally up to ten.
- Your licence to use the workbook ends when the refund is issued.
Why we do not ask questions
Because a pronunciation workbook either suits the way you learn or it does not, and you cannot always tell before you open it. That is also why the whole of Part 1 is free to read — the fastest way to find out whether the approach fits is to try the free part before you spend anything.
We would rather refund someone than have them feel stuck with a purchase. If the reason was something we could fix, we are glad to hear it, but it is genuinely optional.
If you are in the EU or the UK
You normally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content downloaded immediately, that right ends once the download begins, provided you agreed to that at checkout — which is how instant delivery works everywhere.
Our 30-day window is offered voluntarily on top of that and is longer and less conditional than the statutory minimum. In other words, you are better off under this policy than under the rule it replaces, and nothing on this page removes a right you have by law.
The one limit
We reserve the right to decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example repeat purchase-and-refund cycles on the same product, or redistribution of the files contrary to the terms of sale. This is not aimed at anyone who simply changed their mind.
Problems that are not refund requests
If the download did not arrive, a file will not open, or a recording is missing, that is a delivery fault rather than a change of mind. Email us and we will fix it — usually by sending the files straight to you. You can still ask for a refund afterwards if the fix does not satisfy you, and the 30 days run from your original purchase either way.
